Attention "First Time" Home Buyers!!

 

First Time home buyers Definition. Anybody purchasing their first home OR anybody no having not owned a home within the last 3 years.

 

Effective January 01, 2009 through November 30, 2009. First time home buyers (see description above) are eligible for a $8,000 Tax refund. Any unused amount of tax credit will be refunded to purchaser. There is a individual gross income limit of $75,000($150,000 on a joint return).  This is great news for first time home buyers and if you have been previously on the fence about purchasing a home, this should be a wonderful incentive. Updated Information: RD (100% financing) loans are available for Fremont County. If you are using a out of town lender - they might not be familiar with this program and try to use a similar program that requires 3% down.
